Booking Policy
Booking Policy LATE ARRIVALS Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late will need to reschedule their appointment. This helps ensure that every guest receives their full scheduled service without impacting the appointments that follow. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. NO-SHOWS Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. ALL SALES ARE FINAL All product and service sales are final. No refunds will be issued for products or services. By booking an appointment with Local Glo Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these policies.
